Practical training & goal-oriented learning!

At the Dairy Training Centre of the Institute for Food Quality we offer a practical basis for the training and further education of young dairy talent. 

In the central training centre for Niedersachsen, Bremen and Nordrhein-Westfalen - in partnership with the vocational school (BBS 3 Oldenburg) - prospective milk technologists and dairy laboratory assistants are taught practical and theoretical specialist knowledge.

A further step in the professional career is made possible by our sought-after dairy specialist courses - also part-time.

In special seminars, together with the professional associations of the dairy industry (Niedersachsen and Sachsen-Anhalt), we ensure that specialist knowledge is always kept up to date.                  

In our pilot plant we offer our customers the basis for recipe optimisation as well as product and process development.
