Information about the accessibility of this website in accordance with § 9b NBGG (Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act) and related contact options.
This declaration of accessibility applies to the website of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture published at www.lufa-nord-west.de.
This website is partially compatible with the requirements of the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (08-2018).

Not all functionalities, such as controlling the website when navigating through the pages, are currently accessible via the keyboard. No autocomplete function or automatic detection of input errors is currently implemented. There are no predefined keyboard shortcuts. There is no graphical keyboard focus when operating the page with the Tab key. Link texts are mostly meaningful themselves or through the programmatically determinable context. |

In some cases there may be color combinations (also in images) in which contrasts do not fully meet the requirements of the BITV-RP. |

The font size can currently only be varied using the scaling function of the browser. PDF documents / forms are currently not completely accessible. There are no controls to allow the user to adjust the text spacing. Headings and labels are sometimes not meaningful. |

Data tables are not prepared for audio-visual reproduction. Contents from data tables do not currently have the necessary technical information to be evaluated by speech synthesizers. |

Embedded videos are published on the YouTube video platform. Some of these videos have no audio description or accompanying representation in sign language. |
This website is adapted and optimized to the EU directive 2016/2102 for the implementation of the barrier-free internet of public bodies. The deficits and deficiencies identified in the table above are currently in a continuous improvement process that is being worked through successively.

Arbitration proceedings
In the event of unsatisfactory answers from the above-mentioned contact option, you can submit an application to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate an arbitration procedure in accordance with the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG).
The arbitration board according to § 9 d NBGG has the task of resolving disputes between people with disabilities and public authorities in the state of Lower Saxony on the subject of accessibility in IT. The arbitration procedure is free of charge. There is no need to call in legal counsel.
